Found in 1979 by Rev. Dr. Noah Chen, the Taiwanese - English Bi-lingual Congregation quickly grew after its inception. Its ministries initially focused on the Christian education, conversion, and
spiritual transformation of first generation immigrants and their families from Taiwan and Southeast Asia. The early congregation spoke the Chinese dialect commonly known as Taiwanese or Amoy, or Fukinese. As the membership became increasingly diversified, English interpretation of the worship services was introduced.
Presently, the congregation conducts its services in both Taiwanese and English to serve all who come to worship God with us.
